Provision of useful tools for Climate Change Adaptation:
Aiming to enhance understanding of the impacts of climate change, policy design and policy measures, information and exchange of actions and good practices. In addition, a methodology for assessing climate proofing is presented, as well as guidance on viable funding sources. International and European adaptation platforms with updated material such as Climate-Adapt are highlighted.
